  • Free Online Theory Tests

    Free Online Theory Tests provides an impressive 2,500 revision questions and 150 hazard perception clips to help you prepare for the theory test, and is the largest online theory-help facility currently available in the UK. Access to this site is available to all pupils currently having lessons with A2Z of Motoring.

  • Book Driving Lessons Online

    This website offers a “Check prices and Book online” service listing reliable instructors in areas of the UK not covered by A2Z of Motoring. Operated by industry leader Driving Instructor Services,  this website gives a brief profile and can arrange a reduced price introductory lesson with your selected instructor.

  • Fast Pass Intensive Courses

    FastPass is a site specialising in assessing your driving needs using a comprehensive online questionnaire and clever algorithm. It then checks test and intensive course availability in areas not currently covered by A2Z of Motoring. This is another facility operated by Driving Instructor Services.

  • Book a driving theory test

    This is the link to the DSA’s own online facility for you to book your own theory test. Take care when searching the Internet to arrange your own theory test as there are several 3rd party booking sites that are appear at the top of Google’s sponsored-search links that will charge a commission for doing something that can be done simply enough for yourself.

  • Book a practical driving test

    This link enables you to book your practical driving test directly with the DSA online at the test centre of your choice. Again, take care that you aren’t asked to pay an extra fee for booking something you can book yourself, and beware of any claim that a company can get an earlier test if you pay them a fee. DSA cancellations are available to anyone online.

  • Pass Plus

    Pass Plus is a practical training course that takes at least 6 hours and is for drivers to improve their skills and drive more safely. It can be taken at any time although it should be most useful to new drivers in the year after passing their test. It may help new drivers get a car insurance discount if they successfully complete the course.

  • Guide to the approved driving instructor register

    This useful guide, (sometimes called the ‘ADI14’), sets out what’s involved in becoming and being an Approved Driving Instructor, (ADI). Check the Driving Instructors link on our website for an explanation how ADI training can be provided free of charge to potential driving instructors who may be interested in joining A2Z of Motoring.

  • Official register of driving instructor training ordit scheme

    This link will explain the process that A2Z of Motoring went through in order to gain ORDIT accreditation, and will tell you a little more about what’s involved in training as a driving instructor. A2Z of Motoring has been ORDIT registered ever since it was first launched “at the end of the 20th century”!
